Hunts Capitol collects the email address and optional first name you submit to deliver the free checklist you request. If you separately opt in, we also use your details to send tips and offers for the topic you select (personal credit help or business education). Marketing consent is optional.

Signup and consent records are stored securely with our website hosting provider. We use Resend to deliver email. We do not sell your signup information. If you answer “How did you hear about us?”, we save that response with your signup or checkout attempt. We also record campaign tags from links used to reach our site and can associate a tracked checkout with a payment confirmed by Stripe. These records help us understand which marketing brings inquiries and purchases. Campaign tags and your selected source are retained in this browser tab during your visit. Limited technical records help us prevent automated abuse.

We measure website page views and browser-tab visits with a random session identifier that expires after 30 minutes of inactivity. Traffic records include the public page path, time, referrer hostname and campaign tags, but no full referring URLs, raw IP addresses, emails or credit information. A daily salted IP hash is used separately for abuse prevention. We honor Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track signals for this visitor tracking.

Marketing emails include an unsubscribe link. You can also request access, correction, or deletion of your signup information by emailing info@huntscapitol.net. We keep signup information while needed to provide the requested emails and handle your preferences.

The signup forms collect contact details for the requested resource. Do not submit credit reports, identification documents, account numbers, or passwords.
